Welcome to SMT Classical Osteopathy.

We are now located inside the Jenny Trout Centre (342 Erie St), 2nd Floor, Suite 202. Updated appointment pricing will take effect on December 1st, 2026 (see below).

Here you can find the online booking schedule for Manual Osteopathic Practitioners Sara Pukal, M.OMSc. and Courtney Steven, M.OMSc. Both practitioners are currently accepting new clients and enjoy treating clients of all ages from newborn through childhood into adulthood and through the golden years.

The online booking schedule below will reflect availability for both practitioners. Please feel free to use the waitlist option and you will receive an email/text if an appointment time becomes available. Please click the link in the email to confirm and book the appointment.

Payment is accepted by debit card, e-transfer or cash. Receipt is provided by email (there is no direct billing).

If you are feeling unwell, please cancel online. If the system will no longer allow you to cancel (under 24 hours), please notify your respective practitioner:

Adult, child and pediatric appointments Initial appointment (60-min) $119.47 + HST = $135.00

40-min follow-up $115.04 + HST = $130.00

25-min follow-up $79.65 + HST = $90

Senior 40-min follow-up $110.62 + HST = $125

Senior 25-min follow-up $75.22 + HST = $85

Sara Pukal, M.OMSc., HBSc. is the owner and Osteopathic Manual Practitioner at SMT Classical Osteopathy. Courtney Steven

Courtney Steven is an Osteopathic Manual Practitioner, she graduated and received her Master of Osteopathic Manual Science (M.OMSc.) from the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy in Hamilton. Prior to her journey into Osteopathy Courtney was a Registered Kinesiologist, she graduated with a H.Ba.Kin. from Lakehead University in 2013.

Courtney was born and raised in Stratford. Over the years she has been actively involved in the Stratford community. From local sports teams growing up, Stratford Concert Band, the local Junior Farmers Association, and medical coverage for the local rugby club.

After graduating from Lakehead Courtney worked as a Registered Kinesiologist at a Physiotherapy company in Stratford, before discovering Osteopathy. Since a young age Courtney always knew that she wanted to work with people and after a few sport related injuries she knew that she wanted to be able to help them to feel better.

In 2016 she found her calling in Osteopathy and quickly enrolled in the 4 year program. After graduating in 2020 Courtney opened her own practice in Ingersoll and Wasaga Beach. After four and a half years of traveling Courtney is returning to Stratford to spend more time with her family.

When she isn’t working, Courtney enjoys spending time with her friends and family, camping, and supporting the Ontario Nostalgic Drag Racers. She also loves to travel and experience new cultures.
