Scarborough Guildwood (South of Markham & Kingston Rd.)
The clinic is located at 3545 Kingston Rd., Unit 6, you can enter off the South Service Rd, off Markham Rd, south of Kingston Rd. Please park and enter on the North-East side of the short medical building. The building numbers 3545 are beside the double doors you enter. Once in the building Unit 6 is the third door on your left. There are public washroom if you continue straight down the hall when you enter.
